Oblong, yellow box published and printed by renowned Thomas de la Rue.

Box (200x97x40mm) is British. Made of cardboard covered with paper with linen print. With on top text and a crane. Inside is room for the cards, instruction manual, counters and dice.

Cards (50x82mm) are British. Their size is standard. They have gilt edges and a yellow back. One card features an advertisement for a book about Mah Jong. An other one is a blank spare.

Counters are discs made of colored bone. Size and color define their value. Two purple blue  counters are obvious replacements.

Dice (2x) are made of bone with Western points.

Wind indicators are similar to the wind cards of the set but also feature the words Wind Marker.

Instruction manual (66x97x1mm) is a small, belonging published byThomas de la Rue in1923.
